Meet Dr. Mohammed Mir
Dr. Mohammed Mir is a highly experienced dental professional and healthcare leader dedicated to delivering patient-centered, life-changing dental care. He began his journey in dentistry in 2009 in Hyderabad, India, and later earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) through the Advanced Standing Program at the University of Louisville, Kentucky.
To further elevate his leadership and business acumen, Dr. Mir also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on healthcare management. This unique combination of clinical expertise and executive-level business training allows him to not only provide exceptional care but also lead Acme Dentistry with strategic vision, operational efficiency, and a deep understanding of patient experience.
Dr. Mir specializes in full-arch implant dentistry, including the All-on-X technique, as well as advanced protocols like PFAST and PATZI. He is known for his precision, empathy, and commitment to delivering results that go beyond aesthetics—restoring both function and confidence.
Outside of clinical care, Dr. Mir is also the force behind Mir Jamil Consulting, Inc., a firm that supports Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and group practices in optimizing their operations and leadership models.

Meet Dr. Raed Aldelayme
Dr. Raed AlDelayme is a licensed general dentist with years of clinical and academic experience in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. His diverse experience in both general dentistry and oral surgery has made him a well-rounded and highly trusted provider.
Dr. AlDelayme held the prestigious appointment as Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Dijlah University College, and Senior OMFS Surgeon, OMFS Department, Alyarmouk Teaching Hospital in Baghdad, Iraq where he supervised residents in their work to obtain their degree in OMFS. He also holds a subspecialty in laser medicine.
Dr. AlDelayme has published several research studies and holds the position of Editor in chief, Editor, and Reviewer for several research journals. He’s also an Oral Surgery Lecturer for NYU Langone residency Maryland programs.
Dr. AlDelayme’s passion and contribution to academia, research, and clinical training from patient care to hands-on continuing education hands-on courses are endless.
